Why we don't do what we actually want to do
Over the last 11 years, I’ve been studying human behavior: why we do what we do and why we don't do what we ACTUALLY want to. We've all said we want to improve our habits at some point, I want to eat healthier, exercise more, drink less, meditate once a day, have more fun, stop repeating the same patterns in my relationships or in my career. Yet these simple things can be harder to achieve than anything you've ever done.
Why? Thoughts, beliefs, emotions and past experiences. So it's simple right? Change our thoughts and change our life.
Unfortunately, our brains are hardwired to survive and avoid pain and danger at all costs. I'm here to teach you how to take all of the things you've read and put them into action. To actually alter your thoughts, create new emotions and ACTUALLY do what you want to.
To thine own self be true
This is my personal mantra. When you can truly discover the power that lies within you, you don't have to rely on others to help you make decisions and you never have to decide between making yourself happy and making others happy. You feel guided, you always have a sense of direction, and have the feeling of being on the right path.
Through my studies I have found some extraordinary similarities and overlap between ancient spiritual texts and new scientific discoveries. From Indian gurus, to doctors, to quantum physicists, to spiritual healers and a wide array of personal development I’ve explored have ALL pointed to alignment and the use of our intuition to direct us to live a fulfilling and joyful life beyond our wildest dreams.
